Muhammad Shoaib Sadiq is an LL.M-qualified senior legal professional and legal consultant with 20+ years of professional experience, including extensive experience in the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.
His professional experience spans corporate and commercial matters, real estate and property, real estate development, construction, contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, governance, regulatory compliance, disputes and business advisory.
He has provided senior-level legal support to businesses and corporate groups across diverse sectors, including real estate development, healthcare, banking, construction and investment, with experience involving organisations such as Daman – National Health Insurance, MCB Bank, Azizi Developments, GRID Realities, Dugasta Properties, Sweet Homes Group and MPG Global.
His experience includes advising senior management and business stakeholders, managing complex transactions and contracts, supporting corporate governance and compliance, and developing practical legal frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Through Legal Resource Partners, he continues to focus on providing professional, practical and commercially focused legal and business support to companies, entrepreneurs, investors and organisations.
